My favourite thing about wildlife photography is the peacefulness.
Most people think I am an outgoing person, I am when I need to be, but for the most part, I like to be away from crowds, far away from noise and as close to nature as I can be.
I only get select days off work, so I plan my fortnights off, so that I can get at least one day to escape the rat race and inhale the outdoors!
This was my first picture of the day last Monday, when I arrived at Walkabout Creek.
Walkabout Creek is located at 60 Mt. Nebo Road, it is a fantastic place to go walking around the Enogerra Reservoir, plenty of wildlife and you can hire canoes or go for a swim, if your game!
I just like to take the camera gear and walk the tracks, looking for those special moments.
